Job summary

Neo4j is seeking a Director, Field Engineering and Strategy to be the operating partner for the Global Field Engineering org, embedded within the Office of the CRO's GTM Strategy & Execution function.

The role translates GTM strategy into Field Engineering execution - capacity planning, coverage models, productivity measurement, tooling, and enablement operations - while acting as the primary strategic advisor to the VP, Global Field Engineering on organizational design and resource allocation.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in Sales/Revenue Operations, Field Engineering leadership, or GTM Strategy roles.
• Credible with field engineering and revOps partnerships.
• Advanced data manipulation and self-serve analytics capability.

Responsibilities

• Headcount model ownership and capacity planning tied to pipeline.
• Define KPI framework and leadership dashboards for Field Engineering.
• Translate GTM priorities into Field Engineering execution plans.
• Own stack requirements and standardize SE processes with leadership.
• Liaise across GTM Strategy, Revenue Ops, Sales, Product, and Finance.
