Job summary

Hubbell Incorporated in Shelton, CT is seeking a working manager to lead a team of Field Application Engineers/Regional Sales Engineers across the U.S. and global regions.

You will partner with product management, sales and marketing to define regional go-to-market plans, train teams on current and new products, and drive revenue targets. The role requires 8–10 years of experience, a BS in Electrical Engineering, strong communication skills, and travel across North America.

Qualifications

• BS degree in Electrical, Mechanical or similar Engineering discipline.
• 8-10 years of work experience in relevant field.
• Knowledge of Utility Electric Distribution and Substation Systems.
• Strong written and verbal communications skills.
• Willingness to travel across North America; passport and US driver’s license required.
• Experience in applications engineering, sales, or customer-facing roles preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team of Field Application Engineers / Regional Sales Engineers and direct their regional sales strategy.
• Partner with product management, sales and marketing to develop go-to-market plans for the assigned territory and globally.
• Coordinate training on UA products and solutions for internal and external audiences.
• Drive regional revenue targets and ensure alignment with overall business unit growth plans.
• Provide technical support and training to customers, sales teams and Hubbell subsidiaries.
