Qualifications

• BS degree in Electrical, Mechanical or similar Engineering discipline.
• 8–10 years of work experience.
• Knowledge of Utility Electric Distribution and Substation Systems.
• Strong written and verbal communications skills.
• Travel required across North America.
• Experience leading a team of application engineers or similar.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team of Field Application Engineers and Regional Sales Engineers supporting UA products.
• Direct, align and engage the team in the sales process and revenue targets.
• Develop regional and global sales strategies with field sales and partners.
• Coordinate training with product management, engineering and FAEs/RSEs.
• Collaborate with field sales to achieve order and revenue targets.
• Attend trade shows, customer demonstrations and trainings as needed.
