Job summary

The Director of Operations at Gravity Haus Breckenridge leads strategic and operational excellence across Food & Beverage and Membership, overseeing a senior team including the Executive Chef and F&B Managers. This role drives financial performance, guest and member experience, and revenue growth.

You will partner with Marketing and Hotel leadership to ensure high standards, cross‑department collaboration, and scalable programs across dining, co‑working, fitness, and member amenities.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of management leadership in an upscale, high‑volume restaurant with exceptional F&B standards.
• Ability to read and interpret financial statements and budgets; align quarterly goals with daily operations.
• Experience driving revenue growth through private events, partnerships, and new offerings.
• Strong leadership, emotional intelligence, and ability to develop talent across teams.
• Proven collaboration across departments and with hotel leadership to deliver consistent guest and member experiences.

Responsibilities

• Own full P&L performance for F&B and Membership departments.
• Lead forecasting and re-forecasting across revenue and expense lines.
• Oversee F&B leadership and membership programming; ensure service excellence.
