The role emphasizes leadership, training, and collaboration with culinary teams, plus managing events and ensuring health and safety compliance in a resort/hotel environment.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of restaurant, bar, or F&B management experience.
• Strong leadership, communication, and guest service skills.
• Experience with cost control and budgeting preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily restaurant and bar operations to ensure smooth service.
• Monitor quality, presentation, and consistency of offerings.
• Partner with culinary team on menus and promotions.
• Ensure compliance with health and safety standards.
• Recruit, train, and mentor F&B staff; manage schedules.
• Lead pre-shift meetings and drive guest satisfaction.
