Qualifications

• Four-year college degree or equivalent education/experience.
• Four to five years in a related hospitality/FOH or F&B leadership role.
• Advanced knowledge of hospitality principles and practices.
• Supervisory/management communication skills.
• Excellent guest communication, both verbal and written.
• Ability to analyze activities or information and draw conclusions.
• Experience budgeting, forecasting, and promotions.

Responsibilities

• Forecast and manage the division's annual budget and promotional plans.
• Develop and implement operational strategies and service standards.
• Lead and coach teams to deliver four-star hospitality.
• Market outlets within corporate guidelines to grow guest share.
• Ensure compliance with safety, sanitation, and regulatory standards.
• Resolve escalated guest issues to maintain high satisfaction.
