Job summary

The Edwin, Carter & Canary in Breckenridge is seeking a seasoned leader to drive the F&B experience across our restaurant, lobby bar, and in-room dining. You will oversee budgets, develop promotional programming, and elevate service standards while guiding teams that embody four-star hospitality.

You will partner with culinary and hotel leadership to ensure memorable guest experiences that reflect our mountain modern aesthetic and community focus in the Breckenridge environment.

Qualifications

• Four-year college degree or equivalent education/experience.
• Four to five years of employment in a related position.
• Advanced knowledge of the principles and practices within the food and beverage/hospitality profession.

Responsibilities

• Manage the human resources within the division; recruit, train, coach and counsel employees.
• Develop and manage the division's annual budget, business/marketing plans, forecasts and objectives.
• Implement and manage company programs to ensure compliance with SOPs, safety and sanitary regulations.
• Market the Food and Beverage outlets; develop and manage menus, promotions and displays within guidelines.
• Manage maintenance/sanitation of the food and beverage areas and equipment to ensure quality service.
• Resolve customer complaints to maintain high customer satisfaction.
