EATZ CATERING SERVICES PTE. LTD. is seeking an energetic Event Sales Manager to grow our catering and events portfolio and lead a sales team through the full lifecycle—from initial inquiry to event delivery.

The role requires prior experience leading a sales team, guiding, coaching and motivating staff to hit sales targets. It suits someone commercially minded, client-focused and capable in a fast-paced events setting.

Qualifications

• Proven experience leading and coaching a sales team to meet targets.
• Experience in catering, events, hospitality, F&B or food-related services is advantageous.
• Excellent sales, negotiation and relationship-management skills.
• Commercial mindset with ability to identify and close opportunities.
• Able to thrive in a fast-paced, high-pressure events environment.

Responsibilities

• Lead, manage and coach the sales team to achieve bookings and revenue targets.
• Build client base through networking, referrals, tenders, and partnerships.
• Identify opportunities across corporate accounts, government, venues and partners.
• Attend trade shows, exhibitions and events to generate leads and partnerships.
• Prepare quotations, proposals and tender submissions, and follow up on bookings.
