Responsibilities

• Drive bookings to maximize revenue per function room.
• Serve as liaison between clients and hotel for rooms, catering, events, AV, transport.
• Develop menu presentations for potential clients.
• Maintain follow-up system on sales calls and inquiries.
• Prepare weekly/monthly forecasts.
• Review banquet event orders for accuracy.
• Coordinate with departments for group needs.
• Attend meetings to ensure guest satisfaction.
• Close bookings and upsell across services.
