Job summary

Faena Rose Miami Beach seeks an experienced Event Production Manager to own end-to-end production for 80+ high-profile events annually. You will lead on-site execution, drive floorplans, BEOs, and run-of-show, while coordinating with VIP talent and vendors.

You will manage a small production team, ensure budgets stay on target, and provide proactive executive updates. This role requires calm leadership under pressure in a luxury hospitality setting.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in event production with end-to-end ownership of BEOs, floorplans, and run-of-show.
• Proven ability to manage production teams and coordinate with cross-functional partners.
• Strong budget discipline and on-site problem solving under pressure.

Responsibilities

• Own full-cycle event production from build-up to teardown for 80+ events per year.
• Create, manage, and submit Banquet Event Orders (BEOs) and floorplans.
• Direct lighting, AV, and production crews on-site and coordinate VIP talent logistics.
• Maintain complete event briefs/debriefs and manage budget tracking per event.
• Lead and schedule 1–2 Production Assistants, ensuring consistent standards.
