Job summary

Veridian Service Partners seeks a senior systems leader to own the CRM, in-home sales platform, and enterprise project management stack. You will define AI usage standards and data governance, connecting data across platforms and ensuring alignment with business policy.

You will lead the Salesforce Administrator and Growth Specialist, build the function for scale across markets, and collaborate with Sales, Finance and Operations under the Chief Growth Officer.

Qualifications

• Eight or more years owning business systems, revenue operations, or IT.
• Deep Salesforce experience with CRM configuration and reporting.
• Proven ability to build and maintain cross-system integrations.

Responsibilities

• Own the CRM, in-home sales platform, and project management system.
• Define and enforce data standards and AI usage policies.
• Lead the Salesforce Administrator and Growth Specialist and scale the function.
• Build integrations and governance across multiple markets and brands.
• Partner with Sales, Finance and Operations to align metrics and outcomes.
