Job summary

Veridian Service Partners seeks a senior systems leader to own the CRM, the in‑home sales platform, the project management system, and the integrations that connect them. You will set AI usage standards and govern data across the stack during rapid growth.

You will lead the Salesforce Administrator and Growth Specialist, shape system strategy, and drive multi‑market rollouts. This is a build, not a maintenance job, with cross‑functional accountability and PE-backed growth.

Qualifications

• Eight or more years in business systems, revenue operations, or IT.
• Deep Salesforce experience — configuration, objects, permissions, flows, reporting.
• Experience building and maintaining integrations between systems.

Responsibilities

• Own the CRM, in-home sales platform, and project management system; define how AI is used in tooling.
• Lead integrations between systems from lead to invoice to ensure consistent data definitions.
