Job summary

Stripe is seeking a Sales Solutions Architect leader for the Enterprise Hunter team in South San Francisco. You will recruit, lead, and mentor a world-class pre-sales engineering team to grow Stripe's enterprise user base and close new deals.

You will partner with Sales, Marketing and Product to shape strategy, drive joint GTM initiatives, and deliver executive-level engagements with key customers. Willingness to travel around 25% is expected.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3+ years of pre-sales leadership experience.
• 10+ years in technical sales/consulting/GTM roles.
• Track record building and leading solution architecture/engineering teams in SaaS/payments.
• Willingness to travel ~25%.

Responsibilities

• Recruit, hire, lead, and retain a world class pre-sales team.
• Be an advocate for the solution architecture team within the organization.
• Drive student growth and engagement for your team while delivering results.
• Define and drive success for your team by landing new enterprise users.
• Partner with Sales Leaders to identify top opportunities and execute strategies.
• Align with Sales, Marketing and Technical teams to develop joint go-to-market initiatives.
