Job summary

Circle Logistics is seeking a high-impact sales leader to drive GTM strategy, pricing discipline, and enterprise new-logo wins in the 3PL/transportation space from Fort Wayne, IN.

You will build and lead a sales team, design territory plans, and collaborate with operations and finance to improve margins and growth. A strong track record in enterprise sales and forecasting is required.

Qualifications

• 3-5+ years in 3PL/transportation sales leadership.
• Proven team builder with a scalable playbook.
• Command of pricing strategy and GP protection under market pressure.

Responsibilities

• Define GTM strategy, markets, and quotas.
• Lead Enterprise pursuits: RFP strategy and multi-stakeholder negotiations.
• Own pricing guardrails, bid strategy, and deal reviews.
• Ensure pipeline accuracy with stage discipline and forecast cadence.
• Hire and develop A-players; coach managers and ICs.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with carrier/ops, pricing, and finance.
• Maintain CRM hygiene and dashboards; drive data-driven improvements.
