Qualifications

• High School or GED required (AA/AS or BA a bonus).
• Sales experience preferred but not required.

Responsabilités

• Generate and identify new sales opportunities through research, analysis, and discovery.
• Analyze customers’ needs and offer personalized solutions to their problems.
• Match customer demand with quotes for freight-related inquiries.
• Build strategies that will result in increased sales and stronger partnerships.
• Maintain and update accurate information in the company's operating systems.
• Organize and manage daily shipments to ensure our No-Fail policy.
• Collaborate with your team on pricing strategy and account implementation plans.
• Communicate effectively both internally and externally.
• Assist with converting drivers to mobile electronic tracking systems.
• Maintain a strong grasp of market knowledge of shipping lanes, geography, and seasonality.
