Omnidian is seeking a Director of Business Process Excellence to set and lead the enterprise process improvement agenda across Go-To-Market, Operations, and Field Services. You will own process standards, partner with C-suite leaders, and drive measurable improvements in how work flows across the company.

You will design target operating models, baselined processes, and adopt organizational capabilities through collaboration with functional leaders, ensuring alignment with product profitability

Qualifications

• 8-10+ years of progressive experience in enterprise process engineering, value stream mapping, or operational excellence.
• Track record partnering with and influencing C-suite leaders without direct authority.
• Certified Lean Six Sigma Black Belt (or Master Black Belt / equivalent formal continuous improvement pedigree).
• Deep technical experience integrating operational workflows into major enterprise CRM and Field Service Management platforms.
• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Operations Management, Systems Engineering, or a technical/quantitative field.

Responsabilités

• Own enterprise process architecture and standards across business functions and core systems.
• Lead current-state baselining to identify handoff friction and bottlenecks, with data-backed challenges.
• Define target operating models and future-state workflows, and drive adoption with executives.
• Partner with Product Leadership to ensure process designs support product profitability and client service commitments.
• Re-architect high-friction value streams and drive cost efficiencies with Operations and Field Service leadership.
• Trace workflows upstream into Go-To-Market, pricing, and onboarding handoffs to resolve root-cause friction.
• Lead platform migrations and global expansions for process baselining and workflow integration.
• Set direction for process leads embedded in functions and co-design enterprise standards with SMEs.
• Ensure enterprise standards and cross-functional handoffs meet governance and guardrails.
