Qualifikationen

• 8-10+ years in enterprise process engineering or operational excellence.
• Certified Lean Six Sigma Black Belt or equivalent certification.
• Experience with major enterprise software platforms such as CRM and Field Service Management.
• Familiarity with clean energy or complex operational environments preferred.
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Operations Management, or a related field; MBA preferred.

For our client, we are seeking a Director of Business Process Excellence to join the team of a leader in the Energy & Utilities space. This leader will shape enterprise-wide process architecture and drive operational excellence across multiple business functions. The role is highly hands-on, with responsibility for uncovering inefficiencies, streamlining workflows, and creating scalable operating models that improve execution. You will partner closely with Product leadership, Operations, and Field Service teams to reduce friction, strengthen alignment, and support commercial goals.

Location: Remote - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available.

Compensation: $155,000 – $205,000 annually.
