Responsibilities

Shape digital transformation strategies for clients with complex, field-based operations.
Lead end-to-end transformation projects including automation, analytics, and system integration.
Manage client relationships and secure stakeholder buy-in across executive forums.
Guide proposal development, pre-sales, and post-sales support; develop domain collateral.
Coach client and internal teams to deliver measurable business outcomes.
