Job summary

Omnidian, Inc., a fast-growing energy services company, seeks a Director of Business Process Excellence to lead enterprise process improvements across Go-To-Market through Operations and Field Services. This role partners with C-suite leaders to define standards and drive measurable improvements in cost, risk, and service quality.

Reporting to the Chief Strategy Officer, you will own process architecture, target operating models, and upstream integration, coordinating with functional leaders

Qualifications

• 8-10+ years in enterprise process engineering, value stream mapping, or operational excellence.
• Proven experience influencing C-suite leaders without direct authority.

Responsibilities

• Own enterprise process standards and drive end-to-end workflow redesign across functions.
• Partner with Product, Operations and Field Service to improve cost and service quality.
• Lead cross-functional programs with measurable improvements in efficiency and quality.
• Set governance, guardrails, and translate designs into platform configurations.
