Job summary

HSM Solutions is seeking a Senior Manager, Process Engineering to lead process engineering strategy and execution across our Transportation & Specialty Manufacturing division.

This leadership role will shape how manufacturing processes are developed, standardized, launched, and continuously improved across multiple facilities serving commercial transportation, specialty vehicle, recreational vehicle, industrial, and consumer markets.

Qualifications

• Extensive leadership experience in process engineering.
• Experience scaling processes across multiple facilities.
• Strong knowledge of manufacturing systems and continuous improvement.
• BS degree in engineering or related field; advanced degree preferred.
