Qualifications

• Based in Spring, TX or Berkeley Heights, NJ with 3 days/week on-site/hybrid work.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end process improvement initiatives from discovery to value realization.
• Apply DMAIC and value-realization focus to drive measurable business outcomes.
• Partner with stakeholders to identify inefficiencies, root causes, and opportunities.
• Translate insights into actionable recommendations and business cases.
