Qualifications

• First level university degree or equivalent experience required. May have advanced degree.
• Typically 15+ years of related work experience, including 10 years of people management experience.
• Strong leadership, strategic management, budgeting, and forecasting capabilities.
• Excellent communication across senior stakeholders and diverse geographies.

Responsibilities

• Provides direct strategic leadership for a large department of managers and engineers.
• Develops strategic roadmaps and manages resources, schedules and budgets.
• Oversees headcount, deliverables and costs to meet objectives and metrics.
• Collaborates with program managers, marketing and executives to align programs.
• Manages relationships with outsourced partners and suppliers for quality and cost control.
• Champions process improvements and cost-reduction initiatives across the function.
• Leads people development, performance planning and career growth for direct reports.
