Job summary

U.S. Engineering seeks a Director, Process Optimization to drive enterprise-wide operational excellence, partnering with executive leadership to standardize processes and boost performance across the organization.

You will lead cross-functional teams, develop KPIs and dashboards, and mentor leaders to sustain improvements in productivity, quality, and safety. This role demands strategic vision and hands-on execution.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field required.
• 10+ years of progressive leadership experience in operations, transformation, or related fields.
• Experience leading enterprise-wide operational improvement initiatives.
• Experience leveraging Lean, Six Sigma, Kaizen, or similar methodologies.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute the Operations Optimization strategy aligned with corporate objectives.
• Lead continuous improvement initiatives across all operational functions.
• Identify inefficiencies and opportunities to improve productivity, quality, safety, and customer satisfaction.
• Establish and maintain standardized operating procedures and best practices across business units.
