Job summary

Crystal Clean LLC is seeking a Director of Enterprise Performance & Analytics to partner with Finance, the Executive Leadership Team, and line-of-business leaders to shape and execute the company-wide analytics strategy. Responsibilities

• Lead development and execution of the Enterprise Performance & Analytics roadmap, aligned with corporate strategy and long-range value creation objectives.
• Develop and maintain enterprise dashboards and scorecards for Executive Leadership, Board reporting, and Monthly Operating Reviews.
• Establish enterprise KPI governance, including metric definitions, ownership, and reporting standards.
• Serve as a strategic business partner to Executive Leadership, Finance, Operations, Sales, HR, and IT by delivering actionable insights that improve enterprise performance.
• Lead the Company's Enterprise Performance Management and BI initiatives using Power BI, Microsoft Fabric, and related analytical technologies.
• Develop scalable self-service reporting capabilities across the organization.
