• Lead enterprise data modernization initiatives and governance programs.
• Drive adoption of self-service analytics and modern BI platforms across the organization.

Responsibilities

• Oversee enterprise analytics, BI, reporting, governance, data quality, and data engineering.
• Lead modernization of data platforms and enterprise data architecture to enable self-service analytics.
• Develop and execute the Enterprise Data & Analytics strategy with policies and best practices.
• Mentor managers and professionals, fostering a culture of innovation and accountability.
• Partner with executive leadership on data and BI initiatives for strategic impact.
• Collaborate across Finance, IT, Clinical Operations, Compliance and others to align analytics priorities.
