Job summary

Health Plans, Inc. seeks a Director of Operational Reporting & Performance Analytics to lead enterprise-wide reporting strategy and centralize reporting within Enterprise Analytics.

You will build scalable dashboards, starting with executive dashboards using Power BI and a standardized reporting model. You will partner with Operations, Finance, IT and executive leadership to define KPIs, govern reporting, and lead a high-performing team delivering timely insights and continuous improvement

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field.
• 10+ years in analytics or BI.
• 5+ years leading enterprise reporting teams.
• Experience implementing KPI frameworks and dashboards.
• Experience with cross-functional change initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Centralize operational reporting within Enterprise Analytics.
• Lead monthly operational reviews with exec team.
• Develop enterprise KPI definitions and scorecards.
• Oversee daily to ad hoc reporting delivery.
• Drive process improvements via root-cause analysis.
