Job summary

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in information technology, Computer Science, Business Administration, Information Systems, or related field.
7+ years of progressive experience managing enterprise applications, business systems, and analytics functions.
5+ years of leadership experience managing technical teams and enterprise-scale programs.
Experience in manufacturing, distribution, industrial, private equity-backed, or multi-site organizations.
Proven experience leading ERP, CRM, BI, and enterprise application implementations.
Experience with mergers and acquisitions integration.

Responsibilities

Develop and execute the strategic roadmap for enterprise applications, ensuring alignment with business goals.
Lead selection, implementation, and support of ERP, CRM, HCM, BI, and related systems.
Establish governance and best practices for architecture, security, and lifecycle management.
Drive data strategy, reporting, and analytics capabilities for operational excellence.
Lead IT due diligence and integration plans for mergers and acquisitions.
Build and develop high-performing teams; manage budgets and priorities.
Partner with executive leadership to translate business needs into technology solutions.
