Job summary

EisnerAmper is seeking a Director of Enterprise Data & Analytics Strategy to define how a billion-dollar professional services firm competes on data. This leader will set the enterprise data vision, modernize analytics on Microsoft Fabric, and translate transformation into profitability and client value.

The role requires highly strategic leadership, deep Fabric expertise, and the ability to influence C-suite decisions while guiding architecture and governance across the firm.

Qualifications

• 18+ years of enterprise data and analytics leadership experience.
• 2nd item?
• 5+ years in a senior leadership role (Director/VP or above) within financial or professional services; experience influencing C-suite on data investments.
• Hands-on strategic leadership of Microsoft Fabric adoption or modernization is required.

Responsibilities

• Own the enterprise data and analytics strategy end-to-end with the C-suite.
• Lead modernization of legacy platforms to a Fabric-based Lakehouse architecture.
• Shape Azure and Microsoft ecosystem strategy balancing performance, cost, and scalability.
• Set firm-wide data governance and risk standards for quality, security, and compliance.
• Consolidate data into a single trusted platform for analytics and AI initiatives.
• Build and mentor a high-performing data organization and ensure executive-level accountability.
