Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Lead GIS Learning & Development strategy aligned to business priorities, workforce plans, and future skill needs.
• Establish governance, metrics, reporting, and oversight for learning performance, certifications, and compliance.
• Ensure adherence to mandatory, regulatory, and enterprise‑required training programs.
• Partner with GIS leaders, the Academy, and enterprise stakeholders to define learning priorities and capability‑building strategies.
• Drive workforce development across cybersecurity, technology, leadership, and professional skills.
• Oversee learning roadmaps, onboarding, career development, and succession planning programs.
• Manage the end‑to‑end delivery of learning initiatives, from needs assessment through implementation and measurement.
• Analyze workforce capabilities and learning outcomes to identify skill gaps and improve organizational readiness.
• Manage relationships with learning partners, vendors, and educational institutions.
• Provide executive reporting and insights while fostering a culture of continuous learning and knowledge sharing.
