Job summary

maxRTE in New York is seeking a Head of Implementation to own the onboarding lifecycle for enterprise healthcare clients. You will configure client instances, validate data pipelines, and guide integrations including SFTP and API workflows.

You will lead strategic client discussions, ensure timely, high-quality implementations, and build a team to scale onboarding capabilities while driving early ROI for customers.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of hands-on experience leading complex, highly technical software onboardings in a client-facing role.
• Strong technical aptitude with data transmission methods and system integrations.
• Ability to thrive in ambiguity, own technical execution and project management without a dedicated PM or support.
• Analytical and detail-oriented to ensure clean go-lives and early ROI realization.

Responsibilities

• Own the end-to-end client onboarding lifecycle for new and expansion clients.
• Set up and configure client instances within the platform with custom rules and mappings.
• Guide data exchange mechanisms including SFTP, batches, real-time integrations and API workflows.
• Lead end-to-end testing, UAT, and validation to ensure data quality and smooth go-lives.
• Lead client discussions with executives to translate clinical/billing requirements into configurations.
• Improve onboarding frameworks and collaborate cross-functionally with Sales, Product, Engineering, and Client Success.
• Build and mentor a team of implementation professionals as the company scales.
