Job summary

maxRTE is seeking a Head of Implementation to own the enterprise onboarding lifecycle. You will configure client instances, validate data pipelines, and drive end-to-end go-live for major healthcare providers.

This leader will directly influence client ROI and scale onboarding capabilities across the organization. You will work closely with Revenue Cycle Management executives, IT stakeholders, and cross-functional teams to deliver reliable, scalable implementations and value realization within

Qualifications

8+ years of hands-on leadership in complex software onboardings and implementations in client-facing roles.
Strong technical aptitude with data transmission and system integrations.
Ability to navigate ambiguity and drive clarity in processes and alignment.

Responsibilities

Own end-to-end client onboarding lifecycle for enterprise healthcare clients.
Set up and configure client instances within the maxRTE platform with custom rules and coverage mappings.
Guide data exchange, SFTP, batch processing, real-time integrations, and API workflows.
Lead end-to-end testing, UAT, and ensure high data quality for go-live.
Lead client discussions with revenue cycle executives and IT stakeholders to translate requirements into configurations.
Scale onboarding frameworks and collaborate across Sales, Product, Engineering, and Client Success.
Build and mentor a team of implementation and support professionals.
