Job summary

maxRTE is seeking a senior Implementation Leader to own end-to-end client onboarding for major healthcare clients. You will configure, validate workflows, manage data exchanges, and drive timely value realization.

You will guide executive-level discussions, optimize onboarding frameworks, and grow a team of implementation and support professionals to scale operations. This is a high-impact, hands-on leadership role.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of hands-on experience leading complex software onboardings and implementations in a client-facing role.
• Strong technical aptitude with data transmission methods and system integrations.
• Ability to navigate undefined processes and take full accountability for technical execution and project management.

Responsibilities

• End-to-End Ownership: take full ownership of client onboarding lifecycle for new and expansion clients.
• Technical Instance Setup & Configuration: set up and maintain client instances with custom rules and mappings.
• Integration & Data Exchange: guide file transmission, SFTP setups, batch processing, API workflows.
• Workflow Testing & Validation: lead end-to-end testing, file runs, UAT for high data quality.
• Client Advisory & Executive Presence: lead discussions with executives to translate requirements into configurations.
• Process Optimization & Scaling: refine onboarding frameworks and collaborate cross-functionally.
• Team Leadership & Development: build and coach a team of implementation and support professionals.
