Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required or equivalent in a related field.
• 7+ years of progressive experience in banking, operations, project management, or transformation.
• Experience leading enterprise-wide initiatives with multiple stakeholders.
• Experience with project portfolio management, governance, and resource allocation.

Responsibilities

• Leads transformation initiatives to improve processes and experiences for customers and employees.
• Partners with executive leadership to prioritize transformation opportunities and drive portfolio governance.
• Establishes enterprise intake, prioritization, and governance for projects.
• Manages transformation project portfolio ensuring alignment with objectives and resources.
• Oversees capacity planning and resource balancing across departments.
• Develops project plans, assigns responsibilities, and monitors progress.
• Tracks milestones, risks, issues, and performance; escalates when needed.
• Supports change management with communication and training to stakeholders.
