Job summary
Worldwide Clinical Trials is seeking a Senior Manager, Digital Adoption & Enablement within our Global Organizational Learning & Development team. You will lead enterprise digital adoption across critical platforms, coordinate system training, and align learning programs with go-live milestones.
You will mentor a team of Organizational Learning Advisors, partner with IT, QA, HR, and business leaders, and publish quarterly adoption insights to drive measurable improvements and compliance in
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Human Resources, Education, Communications, Information Technology, Life Sciences, Clinical Research, Organizational Development, or related discipline.
- Master’s degree in a related field is preferred.
- 8–10 years of experience in learning, enterprise systems enablement, digital adoption, or related areas.
Responsibilities
- Lead enterprise digital adoption and systems enablement strategy across multiple platforms and governance activities.
- Manage Organizational Learning Advisors and Enterprise Systems with coaching and performance management.
- Establish standards, templates, and operating practices for systems learning and adoption.
- Oversee learning plans for system implementations, go-live readiness, and training campaigns.
- Develop role-based learning journeys, job aids, and various training formats.
- Serve as senior learning advisor and escalation point for stakeholder needs.
