Job summary

Worldwide Clinical Trials is seeking a Senior Manager Digital Adoption & Enablement to lead enterprise digital adoption, learning strategy, and workforce enablement across Medidata, Certinia, LMS, Workday, Percipio, Microsoft 365, Copilot, Teams Rooms, and Zoom.

You will manage two Organizational Learning Advisors, partner with IT, Clinical Systems, Finance, HRIS and process owners to scope needs, publish adoption materials, and measure readiness, proficiency, and utilization to drive business

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Human Resources, Education, Communications, Information Technology, Life Sciences, Clinical Research, Organizational Development, or related discipline; master’s degree preferred.
• Experience in learning, enterprise systems enablement, digital adoption, change management, workforce enablement, systems training, or enterprise application training.

Responsibilities

• Lead enterprise digital adoption and systems enablement strategy across multiple platforms, including governance, intake, prioritization, stakeholder engagement, annual planning, and KPI re-baselining.
• Manage Organizational Learning Advisors, Enterprise Systems with coaching, goal setting, performance management, development planning, capacity planning, workload prioritization, and quality oversight.
