Job summary
Worldwide Clinical Trials, a global CRO, seeks a Digital Adoption & Enablement Senior Manager within the GOLD team to lead enterprise digital adoption and learning across critical platforms. You will directly manage two Organizational Learning Advisors, Enterprise Systems, and shape adoption strategy with measured outcomes.
The role collaborates with IT, Finance, HRIS, QA/compliance, and business leaders to ensure successful training, readiness, and implementation across Medidata, Workday, LMS,
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in a relevant field.
- 8–10 years of learning, enterprise systems enablement or related experience.
Responsibilities
- Lead enterprise digital adoption and systems enablement strategy across multiple platforms.
- Manage Organizational Learning Advisors and Enterprise Systems.
- Establish standards and practices for systems learning and adoption plans.
- Oversee adoption campaigns aligned to go-live dates and business goals.
- Develop role-based learning journeys and performance support resources.
- Partner with cross-functional teams to scope needs and validate readiness.
- Define and monitor adoption metrics and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Represent GOLD in cross-functional enterprise systems forums.
