Under Armour, Inc. is seeking a Lead, Enterprise Data & AI Governance to strengthen enterprise data governance and scale responsible AI governance.

You will define governance frameworks, policies, and operating models while partnering with business, legal, privacy, security, and risk teams to translate requirements into practical roadmaps and changes. The role requires 8+ years in data governance or AI governance, with experience leading cross-functional initiatives.

Qualifikationen

• 8+ years of relevant experience in data management, governance, or AI governance.
• 2+ years of experience with ERP/master data platforms; SAP acumen preferred.
• Experience with governance methods and change management.
• Proven ability to lead cross-functional governance initiatives.

Aufgaben

• Define and maintain data and AI governance frameworks, including decision rights and accountability models.
• Define and implement policies, standards, and procedures for data and responsible AI governance.
• Facilitate governance councils and stakeholder forums to drive adoption of standards.
• Manage the data and AI governance roadmap with milestones and risks.
• Oversee governance-related system changes and adoption activities.
• Partner with business and technology teams to embed governance requirements.
• Define, publish, and monitor KPIs for governance maturity and adoption.
• Assess maturity, identify gaps, and track remediation.
• Act as a subject matter expert for governance concepts and AI oversight.
• Collaborate with Data Stewards and product teams to improve metadata and governance.
