Job summary

Under Armour, Inc. seeks a Lead, Enterprise Data and AI Governance to strengthen data governance and scale responsible AI governance across the organization.

This role defines frameworks, policies, standards, controls, and operating processes to enable trusted data and clear decision rights. You will partner with business and technology teams to translate governance requirements into roadmaps, system and process changes, and sustainable operating models, while guiding governance councils and

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree with 8+ years in data management, governance or AI governance
• Experience leading cross-functional governance initiatives
• Strong knowledge of data quality, metadata, and stewardship

Responsibilities

• Define and maintain data and AI governance frameworks and accountability models.
• Define and implement policies, standards, and procedures for data governance and responsible AI.
• Lead governance councils, working groups, and stakeholder forums to drive alignment and adoption.
