Job summary

Under Armour, Inc. seeks a Lead, Enterprise Data & AI Governance to strengthen enterprise data governance and scale responsible AI governance across the organization.

This role defines governance frameworks, policies, standards, and operating processes with business, technology, legal, privacy, security, and risk teams. The role leads governance roadmaps, KPIs, and adoption activities, embedding governance into platforms and workflows and partnering with data stewards, product teams, and

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Business, Data Management, Analytics or related field with 8 years of relevant experience or Master's with 6 years; or 12 years without degree.
• 2+ years of ERP/master data/metadata/workflow governance platform experience.
• Experience leading cross-functional governance initiatives and managing intake, prioritization, and delivery.

Responsibilities

• Define and maintain data and AI governance frameworks, including decision rights and accountability models.
• Define and implement policies, standards, and procedures for data governance and responsible AI governance.
• Facilitate governance councils and stakeholder forums to drive alignment and adoption of standards.
• Manage governance roadmap, priorities, milestones, risks, and reporting.
• Embed governance requirements into platforms, workflows, metadata, controls, and reporting.
• Define, publish, and monitor KPIs for governance maturity and AI effectiveness.
• Partner with data stewards and product teams to improve metadata and data sharing.
