Job summary

Loyal Source is seeking a Business Intelligence Analyst I to develop, maintain, and support BI reporting and data visualization across our analytics platforms. You will partner with stakeholders, senior analysts, data engineers, and technology teams to turn data into actionable insights that inform strategic and operational decisions.

Qualifications

Minimum 3 years of experience in Business Intelligence, Analytics, or Reporting.
Minimum 2 years of hands-on Power BI development experience.
Minimum 2 years of advanced SQL development experience.
Experience with Microsoft Fabric or cloud-based analytics platforms preferred.

Responsibilities

Develop, maintain, and enhance Power BI reports, dashboards, and scorecards for operational, financial, and strategic decision-making.
Analyze data from multiple sources to identify trends and opportunities for business improvement.
Develop and maintain SQL queries for reporting, validation, and analytics initiatives.
Support deployment, testing, and governance across Microsoft Power BI, Fabric, and related platforms.
