Job summary

FFF Enterprises, Inc. seeks a Manager of Business Analytics to lead enterprise analytics, reporting, and data platforms, including Power BI, Fabric, and Databricks.

You will drive governance, standardization, and trusted insights across Sales, Finance, Supply Chain, and Customer Service. The role partners with Data Engineering, Governance, AI/ML, and IT to accelerate decision-making through modern semantic models and cloud-enabled analytics, while building a credible analytics operating model

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business/IT or related field (or equivalent experience).
• Deep knowledge of BI platforms, governance, and data modeling.
• Experience leading analytics, BI, and data platform teams for enterprise-scale solutions.

Responsibilities

• Define analytics strategy and roadmap for Power BI, Fabric, and Databricks.
• Lead governance, standards, and adoption of enterprise datasets and semantic models.
• Partner with Data Engineering and IT to enable cloud-based analytics across functions.
• Drive KPI standardization, metric governance, and analytics operating model.
• Coach and develop analytics teams; align delivery with business objectives.
