Job summary

Capgemini seeks a Senior Director to lead our Enterprise BI Practice, driving growth in Power BI, Microsoft Fabric, and GenAI-powered analytics. This high-impact leadership role blends deep data expertise with client engagement and go-to-market leadership.

You’ll partner with enterprise clients to shape and deliver next-generation BI strategies, while growing a high-performing team and expanding our footprint across industries. Capgemini offers a dynamic, AI-enabled analytics environment.

Qualifications

• 18+ years in Data, Analytics, or Business Intelligence.
• Proven experience leading or scaling a BI / Analytics practice or COE.
• Strong expertise in Power BI (enterprise scale) and Microsoft data ecosystem (Fabric, Azure, Synapse).
• Experience with enterprise BI platforms (Tableau, Cognos, MicroStrategy, etc.).
• Background in data modeling, BI architecture, and semantic layers.
• Experience in pre-sales, solutioning, and client engagement.
• Strong track record of driving growth, pipeline, or revenue contribution.

Responsibilities

• Lead and scale the Enterprise BI / Power BI / GenAI practice.
• Define and execute BI and analytics strategy across key clients.
• Drive Power BI modernization and enterprise BI transformation programs.
• Embed GenAI into BI ecosystems (NLQ, conversational BI, AI-driven insights).
• Own and support pipeline growth, pre-sales, and large deal pursuits.
• Partner with clients in workshops, solutioning, and executive conversations.
• Build reusable assets, accelerators, and best practices.
• Lead and mentor teams of architects and delivery leaders.
