CenterPoint Energy, Inc. seeks a Manager of Enterprise Architecture to lead a team of architects and drive the enterprise architecture vision, strategy, and governance. You will align architecture with business objectives, standards, and technology roadmaps, fostering collaboration and innovation across the organization.

You’ll oversee architecture reviews, maintain architecture standards, and guide the ARB/TIR processes while advancing MVPs and new technology adoption.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
• Minimum 15 years IT experience with at least 10 years in enterprise architecture.
• Hands-on experience with Ardoq (or equivalent) for reference architectures and modeling.
• Certification in TOGAF and practical application of its principles.

Aufgaben

• Lead and mentor a diverse team of architects across enterprise, domain, platform, and solution layers.
• Develop and maintain the enterprise architecture framework, including cloud, data, applications, and security domains.
• Oversee architecture governance, ARB, TIR, deviations, and solution walkthroughs.
• Drive EA roadmap, playbooks, and current/future state models to align with business objectives.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure alignment with technology standards and governance.
