Catapult Solutions Group is seeking an Enterprise Architect to define and evolve our cloud-first technology strategy in a growth-focused, acquisition-driven energy business. You will shape scalable, secure platforms, align with regulatory needs, and guide integration of acquired entities, reporting to the IT Director.

The role blends hands-on architecture with strategic oversight, leading ARB, governance, and data initiatives, while partnering with security and business leadership to drive cost

Qualifications

• 10+ years of progressive IT experience across infrastructure, applications, and/or data domains.
• 5+ years in enterprise, solution, or platform architecture roles.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience; TOGAF/CISSP preferred.

Responsabilités

• Define and maintain the enterprise architecture roadmap aligned with business strategy.
• Lead cloud-first architecture strategy (Azure/AWS/Google) with focus on scalability, resilience, and cost optimization.
• Establish reference architectures, design standards, and integration patterns.
• Govern technology selection and rationalization to reduce redundancy and technical debt.
• Lead master data and data governance strategy; promote API-first and integration-platform strategies.
• Lead Architecture Review Board (ARB) and partner with Security to embed controls.
• Support IT due diligence for acquisitions and develop integration roadmaps.

Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, or related field
