Xcel Energy is seeking a Senior Manager, IT Architecture to lead a team of architects responsible for defining and governing technology strategy across Customer and ERP domains. You will collaborate with business and technology leaders to evolve capabilities and ensure investments align with long-term goals.

The role requires strong leadership, domain architecture expertise, and experience in regulated environments, with a focus on modernization across cloud, data, and integration landscapes.

Competenze

• Bachelor’s degree in Technology, Science, Business or related field, or 4 years of experience.
• Five years of prior people leadership experience.
• Ten years of experience with end-to-end service lifecycle, business process, project or product management.
• Five years of experience with strategic planning, portfolio prioritization, delivery execution, and operations.
• Excellent communication skills with varying organizational levels.
• Experience within a highly regulated industry.
• Experience with Sourcing and Contract Management.
• Proven ability to understand business processes and architectural topology.
