Triveni IT seeks an Enterprise Architecture Manager to lead strategy across infrastructure, applications, data and integration in a utilities sector client in Houston.

You will manage a team of enterprise architects, set architecture standards, guide reviews, and build multi-year roadmaps aligned with regulatory and business priorities. Strong leadership and TOGAF/Zachman experience are essential.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of enterprise architecture with leadership experience.
• Expertise in at least two domains: infrastructure, applications, data, or integration.
• Familiar with TOGAF or Zachman frameworks.

Responsabilités

We are seeking an Enterprise Architecture Manager to lead architecture strategy and governance across infrastructure, applications, data, and integration. You will manage a team of enterprise architects and work with business and technology leaders to turn complex technology needs into practical, multi-year roadmaps.

This role supports a customer in the utilities or critical infrastructure sector. The work includes grid modernization, operational reliability, digital transformation, and alignment with regulatory requirements.

What you’ll do

• Lead and mentor enterprise architects across multiple technology domains.
• Define architecture standards and guide design reviews, technology evaluations, and approvals.
• Partner with leaders to build roadmaps that support business priorities, OT/IT convergence, and regulatory needs.
• Guide architecture for on-premises, hybrid, and cloud environments, including resilience and disaster recovery.
• Provide architectural oversight for enterprise applications such as ERP, GIS, EAM, ADMS, and customer platforms.
• Shape data governance, master data management, analytics, API, and integration strategies.
• Develop architecture-driven business cases to support technology and capital planning.

What you bring

• 10 or more years of enterprise architecture experience, including leadership experience.
• Deep expertise in at least two of these areas: infrastructure, applications, data, or integration.
• Experience with an enterprise architecture framework such as TOGAF or Zachman.
• Strong knowledge of cloud and hybrid environments, including AWS, Azure, or GCP.
• Experience establishing architecture governance and influencing executive stakeholders.
• A bachelor’s degree in computer science, engineering, information systems, or a related field.

Experience in utilities, energy, or critical infrastructure is preferred.
