Qualifications

• 5+ years administering enterprise SaaS applications in a business setting.
• Experience governing a portfolio and integrations across multiple platforms.
• Strong analytical, communication, and stakeholder-management skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide governance across the enterprise applications portfolio, including NetSuite, Shopify, NewStore, Zendesk, Avalara, VersaPay, and connected systems.
• Establish and maintain standards for configuration, security, access, change management, and documentation across platforms.
• Own platform roadmaps, maintain a prioritized backlog, and drive continuous-improvement initiatives.
• Partner with Finance, Purchasing, Retail, Supply Chain, Customer Service, and eCommerce teams to optimize processes.
• Manage relationships with SaaS vendors and implementation partners, ensuring timely delivery and quality.
