Job summary

Culligan Quench seeks a strategic, senior leader to oversee the enterprise business applications portfolio, including Salesforce, NetSuite, Certinia, Zuora, and related platforms supporting Sales, Service, Field Operations, and Finance.

Reporting to the CIO, this role defines the product roadmap, drives delivery, and partners with executives to ensure technology investments enable growth. Experience with Salesforce and NetSuite is essential; on-site presence in King of Prussia is required.

Qualifications

• 10+ years leading enterprise business applications and technology delivery organizations.
• Hands-on NetSuite implementation experience in a complex enterprise environment.
• Deep Salesforce ecosystem experience, including Sales Cloud and Service Cloud.
• Experience leading Product Owners, Business Analysts, managers, and multiple Scrum teams in Agile delivery.
• Ability to translate business requirements into scalable technology solutions across NetSuite, Salesforce, and related platforms.
• Proven ability to drive organizational change management and stakeholder alignment.

Responsibilities

• Own the strategy, roadmap, and delivery of enterprise business applications, with Salesforce as a core platform.
• Establish a structured intake process across multiple business functions.
• Mature Agile delivery practices and lead IT Product Owners through ceremonies.
• Coach and develop IT Product Owners, Business Analysts, and teams for backlog health and value delivery.
• Partner with executives to align technology strategy with business priorities.
• Drive modernization and optimization of business applications and processes.
