Job summary

Community First Credit Union seeks a SVP of Enterprise Applications to own end-to-end enterprise application platforms, including core banking, batch processing, and integration. Reporting to the CIO, this leader will guide platform modernization, governance, and automation to ensure reliable, scalable systems that support growth and provide a superior member experience.

The role requires 10+ years in enterprise applications within financial services, a Bachelor's in CS or related field, and

Qualifications

Ten or more years of progressive experience overseeing Enterprise Applications for a financial institution including systems integration, automation, and development.
Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field is required; a Master’s in Business Administration or IT is beneficial.

Responsibilities

Provide executive leadership and accountability for the enterprise application portfolio, including core banking systems and batch processing.
Oversee core processing stability, release coordination, and vendor operational management.
Lead integration and automation strategy to connect systems across business units and partners.
Establish and execute the enterprise application strategy with governance and prioritization based on value and risk.
Build and mentor enterprise application teams, fostering accountability and collaboration.
