CBH in Philadelphia is seeking a Sr. Director of IT Applications to lead the enterprise application portfolio and mature the SDLC across internally supported and vendor-driven systems.

Reporting to the CIO, you will build the organization, establish governance, and partner with clinical, operational, financial, and data leaders to deliver secure, reliable solutions with measurable delivery. You will oversee the claims adjudication system and enterprise clinical dashboard, ensuring processes

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in IT, CS, software engineering, or related field required.
• Master's degree or relevant credentials preferred.
• 10+ years IT experience with 5+ years in senior leadership.
• Experience establishing and maturing SDLC processes and governance.

Responsabilités

• Lead CBH's enterprise applications organization and SDLC framework.
• Recruit and develop technology talent and oversee vendor performance.
• Partner with CIO and IT leadership to prioritize investments and modernize the application portfolio.
• Ensure secure, reliable, high-quality application delivery across the portfolio.
